1. Terms of Service & Service Delivery Policy

AIMLRouter ("we", "our", or "the Platform") provides cloud-based AI API gateway routing, context caching optimization, and SDK configuration tools for software developers and creative writers via recurring subscription passes and prepaid compute credits.

Pricing Currency & Instant Digital Fulfillment: All prices are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD $). Upon payment confirmation, digital API keys (sk-aiml-*) and compute credits (1 USD = 2,000,000 Credits) are delivered immediately inside your User Console (https://www.aimlrouter.com/console). Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime with 1 click in the User Console or by emailing [email protected].

2. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

72-Hour Satisfaction Refund Application: If you are unsatisfied with model latency, output quality, or client compatibility within 72 hours of purchase, you may submit a Refund Request directly inside your User Console (/console → Passes & Refund Request) or by emailing [email protected] with your Invoice ID.

Fair-Trial Eligibility & Review Timeframe: To prevent automated compute abuse while protecting genuine customers, full refunds are approved when the order meets our Fair-Trial Usage criteria within 72 hours of purchase (Pool 1 usage under 50,000 tokens and Pool 2 metered spend under $0.50 USD). Submitting a refund request pauses pass access while our billing team reviews usage logs within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned directly to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

AIMLRouter operates a strict Zero-Log Prompt Privacy architecture. We do not store, sell, or train AI models on the text bodies of your API requests or responses. We collect only your account email, token usage counters, and payment transaction references processed by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processors (Stripe / Airwallex). We never store raw payment card numbers on our servers.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users may not utilize AIMLRouter endpoints for any unlawful activity, non-consensual content, CSAM, malware generation, cyberattacks, automated dataset scraping, or unauthorized commercial proxy reselling. Violations result in immediate API key revocation.
